Golden milk recipe with turmeric

Here I would now like to give you my recipe for golden milk and show you how you can make it yourself. Let's go!

What makes turmeric milk so healthy?

Perhaps you have also asked yourself: What does golden milk actually bring me? Here is the short but crisp answer to this question! The most important ingredient of golden milk is turmeric. The contained in turmeric Curcumin is a substance that is said to have many health-promoting properties. Turmeric also has quite basically many healthy ingredients, which is why it is worth taking it regularly.

It acts digestive, analgesic and antioxidant. Furthermore, it is said to have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects and also support the immune system. The golden milk recipe brings you so just when you feel a little weakened, many benefits and helps you get back into health balance.

The Golden Milk Recipe

Golden milk make your own recipe
  • 300 ml vegetable milk (e.g. oat, soy or macadamia milk)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (Buy turmeric powder here)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil (Buy coconut oil here)
  • 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg
  • 2-3 dates, pitted

Put all the ingredients in a stand mixer and blend until everything is liquid. If necessary, you can still pass the golden milk through a fine sieve or a Nut Milk Bag give

Now put the golden milk into a pot and boil it briefly. Then reduce the heat to low and let the golden milk simmer for three minutes.

Then you can pour the golden milk into a cup, optionally garnish with some cinnamon powder and enjoy.

How often can you drink golden milk?

You can prepare the recipe for the golden milk once a day and drink it directly to your Breakfast treat yourself. Both are possible, just try what you like better.
