The Golden Milk Recipe
- 300 ml vegetable milk (e.g. oat, soy or macadamia milk)
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (Buy turmeric powder here)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil (Buy coconut oil here)
- 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg
- 2-3 dates, pitted
Put all the ingredients in a stand mixer and blend until everything is liquid. If necessary, you can still pass the golden milk through a fine sieve or a Nut Milk Bag give
Now put the golden milk into a pot and boil it briefly. Then reduce the heat to low and let the golden milk simmer for three minutes.
Then you can pour the golden milk into a cup, optionally garnish with some cinnamon powder and enjoy.
