Golden milk recipe with turmeric

I would now like to give you my recipe for golden milk and show you how to make it yourself. Let's go!

What makes turmeric milk so healthy?

Perhaps you have also asked yourself: What does golden milk actually bring me? Here is the short but crisp answer to this question! The most important ingredient of golden milk is turmeric. The contained in turmeric Curcumin is a substance that is said to have many health-promoting properties. Turmeric also has many healthy ingredients, which is why it is worth consuming it regularly.

It acts Digestive, analgesic and antioxidant. It is also said to have an anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effect and support the immune system. The golden milk recipe therefore has many benefits, especially if you are feeling a little weak, and helps you to regain your health balance.

The Golden Milk Recipe

Golden milk make your own recipe
  • 300 ml vegetable milk (e.g. oat, soy or macadamia milk)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (Buy turmeric powder here)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil (Buy coconut oil here)
  • 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg
  • 2-3 dates, pitted

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If necessary, you can also pass the golden milk through a fine sieve or a sieve. Nut Milk Bag give

Now pour the golden milk into a pan and bring to the boil briefly. Then reduce the heat to a low setting and leave the golden milk to simmer for three minutes.

You can then pour the golden milk into a cup, optionally garnish with a little cinnamon powder and enjoy.

How often can you drink golden milk?

You can prepare the recipe for the golden milk once a day and serve it directly to your Breakfast treat yourself. Both are possible, just try out what you like better.
