There are very many different types of warts and most are caused by human papillomaviruses triggered. That is, the skin growths are a virus. The most common are common warts and plantar warts. Plantar warts are the painful variety. They occur on the pressure points of the foot. Due to the daily pressure and the callus, the skin growth is pressed deep into the foot tissue and can hit a nerve. At the latest then one would like to remove the wart as an affected person absolutely.

1. celandine

The plant is considered one of the best alternative remedies for warts. Many people know celandine only as a weed. 2. tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is a Classics among home remedies - also in use against warts. Therefore, the oil of the tea tree can not be missing in the natural treatment of warts. Australian tea tree has been used as a remedy by the indigenous people of Australia for centuries. 

Tea tree oil is always used for skin problems. The essential oil of tea tree acts antiseptic, antibacterial, fungicidal and also antiviral. Since the natural remedy can also help against viruses, it is popular in the therapy of warts. 

If you want to get rid of your wart with tea tree oil, you should use the oil Apply to the affected skin growth several times a day. It is best to use a cotton swab for easy application. You should make sure that you only drip the oil on the wart and do not wet the surrounding skin. You can continue the therapy until the wart has disappeared.

The application against warts is similar to tea tree oil. The best way is to dab the vinegar twice a day with a cotton swab on the wart and take care that the surrounding skin does not come into contact with the vinegar. 

The vinegar, as a natural remedy for warts, has a drying effect and ensures that peel off the top layers of skin. Here, however, you must also be careful, sensitive skin can be irritated by the vinegar!

5. adhesive tape

You can also treat warts naturally with an adhesive tape. Now you ask yourself, how does this work? The wart is simply taped off. The airtight masking of the infected skin area on the one hand softened and on the other hand the virus is deprived of oxygen. The softening of the callus is important for the skin to be removed with a pumice stone. In the case of warts on the foot, this can often already lead to a reduction in pain, as less pressure is exerted on the nerve. 

If you want to use the tape as a home remedy for warts, you should make sure to use the Apply bandage, e.g. on finger or toe only with light pressure. After a few days you can remove the tape, soften the skin in warm water and carefully remove it with a pumice stone. Then you can apply a new piece of tape and remove the skin with a pumice stone.Repeat the procedure until you have removed the wart.

As you can see, there are many natural home remedies for warts. The remedies celandine, tea tree oil, dandelion and vinegar have an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and/or antiviral effect. As a result, they can fight the warts. Adhesive tape can also help remove warts. If you have a lot of patience, you can use the natural remedies in the treatment of warts. However, if the desired effect is not achieved, the use of over-the-counter medicines from the pharmacy is recommended. 

Reaching for medication can also be useful if you want a particularly fast healing due to the pain of a wart on your foot. There are many products available in pharmacies for wart removal. Most products cause the wart to die by cauterizing it. However, there are also medicines that you can use to ice the wart at home. Often, a single treatment is enough.
