I personally love it, to train with your own body weight. It's fun, works not just one but several muscle groups and saves you the monthly cost of going to the gym. However, every now and then you need some joint-friendly, efficient or intensity-enhancing sports equipment to support you.

I would now like to introduce you to some of my most useful and sustainable training aids. I am sure that they will also help you with your workouts.

1. push-up grips

    Hm, I am somewhat ambivalent: These are really nice products, but do you really need them?
    For example, I can do push-ups without the machine. ?

    1. No one needs all these devices at once, but each one could help individually. The training with push-up grips already especially the wrists. Those who are somewhat burdened should then train with them to avoid further/new complaints.
